LaughCoin is a free platform. We will never ask any user, creator, holder, or community member to pay money for any reason — not for account access, not for withdrawals, not for verification, not for any feature or service.
No LaughCoin team member, administrator, moderator, or affiliated representative will ever contact you via Telegram, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other channel to request payment, fees, investment deposits, or any financial transfer.
The only charge associated with LaughCoin is the standard Binance Smart Chain gas fee of 0.005 BNB paid directly to the blockchain network — not to LaughCoin or any team member.
If anyone claiming to be from LaughCoin contacts you requesting money — it is a scam. Do not send any funds. Report it to support@laughcoin.online immediately.
Email address, display name, and optional phone number collected when you create an account. Google Sign-In provides your Google account name, email, and profile photo.
Government-issued ID photo and selfie, uploaded securely to Firebase Storage. Reviewed only by authorized LaughCoin administrators. Never shared with third parties.
BEP-20 wallet address and withdrawal details when you submit a withdrawal. LGC balance, tap history, referral counts, and computing rewards stored in Firebase Firestore.
Session activity, tap counts, computing streaks, and feature usage — used solely to calculate rewards and improve the app experience.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token collected with your permission to send reward alerts and announcements. Revoke anytime in device settings.
Optional profile photo stored in Firebase Storage, displayed only within the app.

The LaughCoin app displays rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. When ads are active, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. KYC documents stored with restricted access in Firebase Storage.
All permissions except Internet are optional and requested at runtime with a clear explanation before any prompt appears.
As the LaughCoin ecosystem expands to include LaughClip (short video sharing and streaming) and LaughChat (community messaging), this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect any additional data practices. Users will be notified of changes before they take effect.
LaughClip enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy. The platform prohibits: nudity, sexual content of any kind, content involving minors in any inappropriate context, hate speech, harassment, and violent material.
Any user found uploading, sharing, or distributing prohibited content will be permanently removed and reported to relevant authorities where legally required. Data related to content violations may be retained and disclosed to law enforcement.
We protect your data using SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access, role-based admin access for KYC document review, and secure Cloud Function-based server operations.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal information, balance records, KYC documents, and profile data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

LaughCoin and all ecosystem applications including LaughClip and LaughChat are intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately delete their data and permanently close the account. Contact support@laughcoin.online if you believe a minor is using our platform.

LaughCoin uses Google Firebase, which may process and store data on servers located outside your country. Google's infrastructure complies with international data protection frameworks including GDPR. By using LaughCoin, you consent to the transfer of your data to Google's global infrastructure as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or data practices. Significant changes will be communicated via push notification and in-app announcement. The Effective Date at the top of this document will always reflect the latest revision.
