How do I reset my password?▼
Currently, password resets are done via email support. Contact us at support@laughcoin.online with your registered email and username, and we'll assist you within 24 hours.
Why isn't my referral showing in my team?▼
Team members show up once they have signed up using your referral link and created their account. The referral code must be entered during registration (not after). If you shared a link and someone signed up but isn't showing, contact us with both usernames.
How long do withdrawals take?▼
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours. Minimum withdrawal is 100 LGC. You must provide a valid BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) wallet address. Blockchain gas fees may apply.
My LGC balance disappeared — what do I do?▼
LGC balances are stored in your browser's local storage AND synced to our server when you're logged in. If balance is lost, log in via username/password — your server-synced balance will be restored. Contact support if issues persist.
Is LaughCoin (LGC) a real cryptocurrency?▼
Yes — LGC is a real BEP-20 token deployed on BNB Smart Chain. It can be traded on PancakeSwap. However, it is a meme/utility token and not a financial investment. Always DYOR and only participate with funds you can afford to lose.
