1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaughCoin at laughcoin.online ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lexisgate Innovations ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

LaughCoin provides:

• A web-based cryptocurrency mining simulation platform where users earn LGC tokens
• A referral program allowing users to earn additional LGC by inviting others
• A leaderboard and team-tracking system
• Integration with BNB Smart Chain (BSC) for token transfers
• Future planned services including LaughClip (video platform) and exchange listings

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LaughCoin
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency is prohibited
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Corporate entities may use the Platform with a representative who agrees to these Terms

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information

Referral Code at Signup

If you sign up with a referral code, both you and the referrer receive a 5 LGC bonus. Abuse of the referral system (creating fake accounts) will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all earned LGC.

5. LGC Token & Mining

5.1 Mining Rewards

• You earn LGC by tapping the mine button, running auto-mine, completing daily bonuses, and referring users
• Mining rates may change at our discretion without prior notice
• Welcome bonus: 5 LGC upon account creation
• Referral bonus: 5 LGC per successful referral (both parties)
• Auto-mine completion bonus: 3 LGC for 24-hour sessions

5.2 Token Value

• LGC is listed on BNB Smart Chain (contract: 0x86c6E869E5e8c488Fd6C940F551Ff424cC9DE130)
• We do not guarantee liquidity, trading availability, or price
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility

5.3 Leaderboard

LGC mined totals are displayed publicly on the leaderboard by username. This data may not be hidden.

6. Referral Program

• Share your unique referral link to earn +5 LGC per valid signup
• "Valid signup" means a new, unique user who has not previously registered
• Self-referral (creating multiple accounts to refer yourself) is strictly prohibited
• Automated bot signups are prohibited and will be detected and removed
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Referral rewards are credited automatically; disputes must be raised within 7 days

7. Withdrawals & Deposits

7.1 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 100 LGC
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours
• You must provide a valid BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) wallet address
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
• Blockchain gas fees may apply and are the user's responsibility
• We reserve the right to require identity verification for large withdrawals

7.2 Deposits

• You may deposit BNB or LGC to our wallet address for platform credits
• Deposits are non-refundable except in case of verified platform error
• Always verify the deposit address before sending crypto

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to mine LGC artificially
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform
• Engage in money laundering or use LGC for illegal purposes
• Impersonate LaughCoin, Lexisgate Innovations, or other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Post harmful, illegal, or offensive content on the platform
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard fraudulently

Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all LGC.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on LaughCoin — including the logo, design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of Lexisgate Innovations and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

LaughCoin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any loss of LGC due to technical failures, server downtime, or cyberattacks
• We are not liable for financial losses resulting from LGC price fluctuations
• Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the LGC value at the time of the incident, capped at $100 USD equivalent
• We are not responsible for third-party services including PancakeSwap, BSCScan, or any exchange

LaughCoin is not a licensed financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Legal requirements
• Extended inactivity (account inactive for 12+ months)

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@laughcoin.online. Upon termination, your LGC balance will be forfeited if there is a proven policy violation; otherwise, we will facilitate a final withdrawal.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
